Eva Rossmann
Born 1962 in Graz (Austria). She is living in the Weinviertel in Lower Austria. She graduated as doctor of laws and specialized in constitutional law. Later she worked as a journalist for the ORF, the NZZ and the “Oberoesterreichischen Nachrichten”.
Since 1994 she is working as a freelance author and journalist. For her commitment in women’s rights she was elected as “Communicator of the Year 2000”. She has published several non-fiction books. Since 1999 she is writing crime novels. All of her Mira-Valensky-Novels cope with the mere illusion and the reality lurking behind …
To write her novel „Ausgekocht“ she did a lot of research-work directly in the kitchen in one of the Austrian well-known chefs. And since then she stayed and went on cooking with him. 2004 after passing the stateapproved examination she can call herself a certified cook – and is proud about it.
